Returns and Exchanges:
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges.
And there is a solid reason. We are a small, family owned business. When you order from us we print, quality check , securely pack and mail your art... just for you.
That means, our art prints are made to order and because of this we cannot offer cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges.
We ask that you PLEASE pick your artwork carefully.
Damages and issues
In the rare event of damage during shipment, we ask that you reach out to us immediately to discuss the concern.
- You will need to provide us with several images including: the shipping label, the damaged shipping material and the damaged artwork.
- We will review the requested documentation and decide if either a refund or replacement is in order.
